A friend invited me to photograph the School of Information versus the School of Chemical Engineering in the Freshmen Cup basketball tournament this afternoon. The 18–55 mm lens really struggles with distant subjects, so I selected only a few close-up shots for post-processing. TV mode really does make it easy to catch action in the moment.
